About

Pelican Daughters are a four-piece indie rock band comprised of Ben (guitar), Mark (bass), Nat (drums) and Dan G (singing; melodica; keyboard). The band has slowly grown from their 2009 beginnings as an acoustic duo (using 12-string guitar, pump organ and melodica to try and replicate their bilge-pop studio recordings) into a more rounded four-piece alternative rock line-up. Returning from a year’s hiatus having recorded an album’s-worth of new songs in 2013, PDs have ratcheted up the intensity and are now bringing their unique sound to the good people of London.
